Finding One’s Self

Ever hear or know anyone who had to find themself?

What a bunch of baloney. Why do they need to find themselves? Invariably because they don’t know who they are? But if you don’t know who you are how will you know what you are trying to find? You won’t.

Surely they’ll claim they’ll know it when they find it. But they won’t know it. They’ll simply have bounced around enough and had their point of view molded enough that when they get to that point it feels satisfying enough. With the right amount of an open-mind and integration of ideas they could be anything. It’s nothing more than the convenience of being at a certain point when they finally are willing to make a claim. “I’ve always been a juggling circus acrobat, I just never knew it”.
